Outfit: christmas sweater

Christmas is officially over and we are counting our days for the new year to come. I feel like I was still not done wearing christmas sweaters. It's comfy, cozy and hides all my winter fats ;)
Well, I still try to find some excuses to wear it inside home.

Traditional side of me

Once in a while I like getting dolled up in a traditional attire. It takes so much energy with all the draping of a saree, deciding on accessories, putting on  make up but at the end of the day it's worth it.

I like collecting beautiful jewelry and these two pieces were my new addition. The quality is really good ( much more than I expected). I was a little worried about the ear cuff that it might not fit well. But it fitted perfectly. The statement necklace has decent length with black details. I cant wait to mix it up with my outfits.

I am not a foundation person but I really wanted this kind of blender for my bb creme. It blends really well leaving my skin soft and shiny. I even tried it with my moisturizers and it works perfectly. I am definitely going it order more of this. Tiny Hats : DIY

Greetings my lovely readers

You must be wondering about my post title today. Well wonder no more. This is my not so recent diy that I wish to share with you all. I made this few months back and finally the tiny hats are getting some space in my blog. I made these cute tiny hats instantly after watching the diy tutorial on youtube. 

First have a look at my version on tiny hats. Its not exactly the same as shown in the tutorial as I did some changes here and there. I used fabric for cover up instead of spray paint because my spray paint failed big time on this project.

Now that u have seen my version of the tiny hats its time to see the tutorial and make one for yourself This diy was done by a very talented person Mark Montano. He is an author, designer and also a tv host. He also has a youtube channel filled with amazing diys. Do subscribe him.

Crochet Fun

Greetings my lovely readers . How have you all been? Today's post is about my recent diy >> crochet headband. I learnt to crochet just recently n I'm loving it. I will be doing more of this in the days to come ( I'm obsessed ryt now ) .I have also crocheted a circular scarf which i will be showing u all in the later post.
Now coming back to my headband >>
This is a simple girly headband with a bow at the side. Its green in colour because that was the only leftover yarn  I found at home during my learning period. Below you can see the pictures of my headband with the crocheted bow.

I made a headband :)

I was lying on my bed one afternoon ...just then my mom came up with these holy threads ( the ones that we present to the temple alongside flowers and prasads) . First idea that came on my mind was to make a bracelet but i gave up that idea and made myself a cool headband. All i had to do was take three strands of thread and braid them adding some beads as desired . I stitched an elastic band at the edge of the braided headband. To give it a more of a fancy look i covered the elastic band with a piece of black fabric & VOILA .....my cool funky headband is ready.<3 <3
